Mexa sempre até começar a engrossar, mexa mais dois minutos e apague o lume.&lt;br /&gt;Escorra a àgua da massa e deite-a num pirex que possa ir ao forno, deite-lhe o alho francês com o atum e envolva bem. Cubra com o molho branco e envolva. Tempere. Enxugue as meias beringelas e frite-as no azeite bem quente. Adicione a farinha, o fermento, as raspas das duas laranjas e o leite e volte a bater bem cerca de 5 a 10 minutos, até ter uma massa fofa. Deite a massa numa forma untada com margarina e polvilhada com farinha e leve ao forno médio por cerca de 25 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Espete um palito para confirmar se a massa está cozida (se o palito sair com pedaços de massa é porque ainda tem de cozer mais uns minutos), desenforme o bolo para um prato.&lt;br /&gt;Pique-o bastante com um palito e reserve.&lt;br /&gt;Esprema o sumo das duas laranjas e verta-o a pouco e pouco sobre o bolo, de modo a que o bolo vá absorvendo o sumo. Quando o chocolate estiver completamente derretido, vá adicionando aos poucos o leite mexendo sempre, até criar um creme homogéneo. Retire o tachido do lume continuando sempre a mexer e deixe arrefecer um pouco.&lt;br /&gt;Quando a calda estiver morna verta-a lentamente sobre o bolo. Bater todos os ingredientes até a massa ficar uniforme.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;2.&lt;/strong&gt; Dividir a massa em duas porções. Depois do tabuleiro untado e polvilhado com farinha, espalhar uma porção de massa.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;strong&gt;3.&lt;/strong&gt; Polvilhar a superficie com açucar e canela. Descascar as macãs e cortar em fatias finas.
